Week 4: New positioning, pricing, architecture rework & first internal release

We landed on 'Co-run your company with AI' as our positioning and set pricing at usage-based + 10% platform fee. Reworked agent architecture (subagents, non-default tool calls, migration to oc-agent.yaml) so nearly everything is configurable now. Shipped the first internal release. Got 5 new documentary guests, put out 2 videos, reached out to 40 hackathon sponsors. 4 customer conversations, one discovery call that pointed to demand for social media scripting and editing tools.

Week 3: Open source beta, documentary sessions & fundraising clarity

Biggest week yet for shipping. We released the open source beta of toc-native — the most configurable open source runtime for agents. Built and stabilized the cloud product (session streaming, billing, stability improvements). Shot 2 documentary episodes (Christof Wittig and Pascal Zuta), published a new vlog. Talked to 8 customers. Clarified the fundraising plan for the next 8 weeks and got feedback on the org model for the consulting arm. Social media took off — Instagram +278 followers (best post: 9.3K impressions), TikTok +168% follower growth with 30.5K impressions, Reddit hiring push across 4 posts (~7K views). 35 waitlist signups.

Week 1: SF trip & product explorations

We're in San Francisco for a few weeks — producing content, talking to engineers building with agents, and shipping our first end-user product. Early days, everything is at zero, but the conversations have been invaluable.
